Indubitable Issues and Pull List (04/20/16)

LOOKING FOR BOOKS TO BUY THIS WEEK?

LOOK NO FURTHER.

HERE ARE SOME ISSUES THAT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT.

Tyler’s Recommendations …
CryHavoc4Cry Havoc #4
“Si Spurrier and Ryan Kelly’s fantastic series about a soldier/musician/werewolf is back. Mystery, folklore, action, along with three dimensional characters, this is a comic you should definitely be checking out. It also boasts some of the best artwork on the stands by Ryan Kelly, and a coloring jam session from three very talented men, Lee Loughridge, Matt Wilson, and Nick Filardi.”

FromUnderMountain6From Under Mountains #6

“The closing chapter of the first volume in Claire Gibson, Marion Churchland, and Sloane Leong’s haunting fantasy tale. Every issue of F.U.M has been captivating, and I expect nothing less from this one. We’ve witnessed the set-up, this issue brings things to a head as a witch and a warlord’s feud ignites in battle. “

Josh’s Recommendation…

Godzilla2Godzilla Oblivion #2

“Even though I wasn’t so keen on the first issue, it’s still an interesting twist on the Godzilla mythos. Kaiju invading the world is nothing new, but what if they invaded Our world? Probably the same results, but if anyone could make that premise entertaining it should Josh Falkov with superb visuals by Brian Churilla.”

 Dean’s Recommendations...
AllNewHawkeye6All-New Hawkeye #6
“That’s right, I’m going to keep recommending it until you buy it. While All-New Hawkeye is incredibly different from what Matt Fraction was doing on the title, Lemire and Perez have tapped into what it truly means to be a part of team Hawkeye.”

UFOlogyTpUFOlogy TP Volume 1
“This is one of the best comics BOOM! published last year. It is imaginative, suspenseful, eerie and fun. If you have a light week give it a try.”

As I’m sure you all have noticed, the pull list page is no longer present. We here at Nothing But Comics have decided to combine this weekly with the discussion of which comics we are all buying for the week. Included below is the link of our personal favorite product guide. Don’t worry, this is not an advertisement; the website is not paying us anything to push it (not that we’d object!). Comic List just happens to be totally awesome. So check out that massive list and then come on back here to let us know what you are buying.
