Indubitable Issues and Pull List (11/30/16)

LOOKING FOR BOOKS TO BUY THIS WEEK?

LOOK NO FURTHER.

HERE ARE SOME ISSUES THAT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT.

Tyler’s Recommendation …
blackwidow8Black Widow #8
“A new story arc finds Nat investigating the Dark Room, successor to the Red Room. Sure to be one of the best books out whenever it’s released, Black Widow should already be on your pull list.”

Dean’s Recommendations…
saga40Saga #40
“Have you heard of Saga? It’s pretty good.”

thedisciplestpbThe Disciples TPB
“Steve Niles and Christopher Mitten are back playing the horror game. This sci-fi horror comic is top notch and strongly holds it’s own as one of the best sci-fi horrors of last year. Pick up this underrated series in TPB and enjoy the madness.”

Josh’s Recommendation…
ghostbustersinternational11 Ghostbusters International #11
“This run of the GBs is nearing its end, but it has everything that’s great about Burnham and Schoening’s take on the iconic slacker paranormal exterminators. Any issue would be at the top of my pull-list, but an exciting conclusion to this story tops my X-Mas list.”

Creighton’s Recommendation…

deadlyclass24Deadly Class #24
“Two issues into the current arc, Deadly Class does not show any signs of losing steam. This arc features a reshuffling of the status quo, along with the introduction of several new characters. However, Rick Remender keeps everything flowing smoothly (for the reader at any rate). There may or may not be more literal bloodletting at King’s Dominion School for the Deadly Arts than you own high school, yet the complicated emotions and nagging angst are all too familiar. Wesley Craig illustrates it all with the dynamic flair fans have come to expect from him. Overall, Deadly Class continues to be not only the best Rick Remender book currently on the stands, but simply one of the best [full stop].”

As I’m sure you all have noticed, the pull list page is no longer present. We here at Nothing But Comics have decided to combine this weekly with the discussion of which comics we are all buying for the week. Included below is the link of our personal favorite product guide. Don’t worry, this is not an advertisement; the website is not paying us anything to push it (not that we’d object!). Comic List just happens to be totally awesome. So check out that massive list and then come on back here to let us know what you are buying.
