In an interview with Newsarama writer Jonathan Hickman of Avengers, New Avengers, East Of West, Fantastic Four & The Manhattan Projects stated
“I’m on my last couple of issues of Avengers and I’m into the eight issues of Secret Wars, and after that I’m taking a bit of a break. I need it. The Image work will, however, endure nap time”
